Sines, Portugal is indeed becoming a major hub for AI and cloud computing with the development of a large-scale data center campus called SINES DC. This project, led by Start Campus, aims to be one of Europe's largest and most sustainable data center campuses, with a total capacity of 1.2 GW. The first building, SIN01, is already operational, and the campus will be developed in phases, with subsequent buildings supporting up to 240 MW of IT capacity.
